We pride ourselves in always being available at the end of a phone, we have positive one to one relationships with all our tenants and respond to their needs as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Tenant meeting are held as required and are normally every six months

Quarterly statements

Quarterly statements to landlords with information on rent collected and expenses for the quarter, distribution of funds to designated accounts and reconciliation of accounts. Tenants also receive quarterly invoicing and statements of expenditure.

service charge

We hold service charge accounts for each managed property and provide quarterly reporting to tenants and landlord. We conduct budget forecasting and manage the cash flow of the account to meet requirements. Accounts are reconciled quarterly by an independent accountant and audited annually.


We have established a strong working relationship with M&E companies and independent tradesmen who carry out under supervision repairs and maintenance of the property. We actively operate a preventative maintenance program to negate breakdowns and failures in a building.

Advice to both landlords and tenants on dilapidations needed to comply with the yielding up of a lease.

Rent Reviews

We act on behalf of the landlord to negotiate all rent reviews. We have a good market knowledge and evidence in the relevant property sector to achieve the best market rent. Some leases are based on RPI increases which we administer and record with the relevant paperwork.

Collection and payment of Rents

All properties have their own rent account which the tenants pay into and once reconciled for the payment period the balance is forwarded to the designated bank account together with a statement for accounting purposes.
