Rock commercial was established by Peter Van de Velde in Spring 2008 with a view to offering a bespoke personal service with an informed professional view on the commercial property market whether buying, selling or leasing.
Peter has accumulated over 25 years’ experience in property having started his career as a residential estate agent in Norfolk for a large national chain covering a broad range of markets from market towns, rural villages and cities.
Peter returned to Guernsey in 1992 and started working for an independent agency from where he went onto focus on commercial agency. Peter worked for ComProp, who at the time was a significant developer on the island developing the Admiral’s Park complex which comprised of retail outlets, residential apartments and offices. He ran the agency side of the company achieving many sales of the largest office blocks in the Island.
