Alex is a Chartered Surveyor and experienced property professional with a successful history of working across the property sectors, particularly in the UK and Channel Islands.
He was Managing Director of D2 Real Estate Guernsey Limited until recently, having moved to Guernsey with his family in early 2021. Prior to that, he was a Director in the National Capital Markets team at Colliers International. He has over 20 years of commercial property experience, starting his career in 2000 at Jones Lang LaSalle where he progressed to Associate Director in the EMEA Capital Markets Team.
Since moving to Guernsey, Alex has been involved with some notable transactions across various service lines including successfully selling Trafalgar Court in 2021 for £55m. In his spare time, Alex enjoys spending time with his family, watching/playing sport and exploring the Island.
