    The Albany

    The trust company who manage the affairs of the owner needed a new management company. Rock Commercial have been tenants in the building for 15 years and have a good working knowledge of the property and its tenants. We were successful in being appointed managing agent and have been tasked with reviewing and improving the services in the building plus the general condition. Many improvements have already been made and working with the tenants and landlord the property is being restored to full working order.

    Bordeaux Court & 18-20 Le Pollet

    The Landlord decided to part company with his managing agent and appoint Rock Commercial for a fresh approach. Working with the tenants of Bordeaux Court, a communal area refurbishment is planned and as a matter of priority tenants are sought for the offices at 18-20 Le Pollet. New maintenance contracts have been put in place and costs reviewed to cap expenditure.

    Windsor House

    Rock Commercial acquired the property on behalf of the new landlord. Following an extensive refurbishment which took the building back to a shell, new services and M&E were installed together with a modern fit out. The result was a highly desirable office building which was swiftly let to multiple tenants. Rock Commercial manage the building and work tirelessly to keep the property in good order which is helped by a very good working relationship with the tenants.

    Quarterly inspections are an absolute minimum. Given the proximity of our managed portfolio, the management team are often on site daily.

    Yes we can. Whilst commercial property accounts for the bulk of our managed portfolio, we have a number of residential units which we look after for clients.
