Barry is a qualified engineer having learned his trade at various engineering firms in the UK. Having moved to Guernsey some 30 years ago, Barry’s experience has seen him working in the aeronautical, marine and property industries.

Following successful stints at both Sea Marine and Intersurgical in Guernsey as a maintenance engineer, Barry joined Guernsey Air-Conditioning. It was here that he became particularly familiar with office buildings and the technical aspects of all things air-conditioning. This has since extended to all types of property including residential, retail and industrial using his engineering background to solve problems for Rock clients and tenants alike.

Barry always works with a smile on his face and is proud of losing his hair at 21. When not fixing things, he enjoys taking the dog for walks and proudly following his two sons around the world as they progress their swimming careers.
