Description

Location

The office is situated on the North Plantation opposite the Tourist Office in the heart of St Peter Port town centre. Access is via a staircase or lift to the fifth floor. The office has an entrance from North Plantation with windows looking over the harbour and beyond.

Tenure

The offices are accessed via a communal landing. It is a regular shaped floorplate with a specification that includes; full carpeting, suspended ceiling tiles with LED lighting and recessed sash windows. There is also access to a communal kitchenette and WC from the landing. The facilities are shared with one other small office on the 5th Floor. A lift serves all the floors.
